Uses	L-Leucine-13C6-15N is an isotopic labeled compound of L-Leucine(L330110). L-Leucine is an essential amino acid that acts as a nutrient signal to stimulate protein synthesis. It also activates the mammalian target of rapamycin kinase that regulates cell growth.
General Description	Leucine is a non-polar ketogenic amino acid. It can be metabolised to acetoacetate and acetyl coenzyme A. Isotope labeled amino acids are required for the production of isotopically labeled proteins.
