| Uses | Silicon dioxide thin films prepared by chemical vapor deposition from tetrakis (dimethylamino) silane and ozone. Aminosilanes mere prepared by methods all essentially similar, and only the 15olation of tetrakis-(dimethylamino)-silane. |
