Denitrification catalyst mainly has three structural styles of honeycomb, plate and corrugated plate.  The honeycomb catalyst has higher specific surface area to ensure lower catalyst consumption. Thus, the SCR system volume is more compact and easier to install.

In order to achieve a higher denitrification effect, our R&D staff have developed products which are suitable for different flue gas temperatures.The medium-temperature catalyst is suitable for 300-510℃ flue gas in coal-fired power plant .The low-temperature catalyst is suitable for 185-300℃ in non-power industries .

Due to different fuels and combustion modes, and different content and composition of smoke dust in flue gas , we have developed catalysts with different numbers of holes to adapt to different conditions.The honeycomb SCR Denitrification catalyst mainly has 15 holes, 16 holes, 18 holes, 20 holes, 21 holes, 22 holes, 25 holes, 30 holes, 35 holes, 40 holes and so on, some of the products specifications are as follows:
