Catalyst was researched and developed by FRIPP. It is a kind of hydrocracking catalyst possessing strong N-resistant property. Catalyst CC-00131 adopts molecular sieve US-SSY and amorphous Si-Al as cracking components, and adopts W-Ni as hydrogenation components so that it possesses higher activity and higher selectivity of mid-distillate.
The most important characteristic of catalyst is the better N-resistant property. It is able to contain the higher activity and stability under the condition of the content of nitrogen in refining oil lower than 20~50ppm. Even under the condition of the content of nitrogen in refining oil between 80~100ppm, it also can stably run and be used in regeneration. Catalyst 3976 was first used in the hydrocracking device of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company in April 1998, and the running result of catalyst CC-00131 in industrial application is fairly good.
