Overview

LY320954 is a selective 5-HT2A receptor antagonist, with a K i of 96 nM. LY320954 potently inhibits Ca 2+ influx in the functional assay (EC 50 of 35.5 nM). LY320954 inhibits 5-HT-induced paw swelling in rats, with ED 50 of 4.8 mg/kg.
