Manufacturing facilities and capacity

Our manufacturing workshops are built to support global project requirements. Across four manufacturing sites, more than 100 research professionals support reactors ranging from 5 L to 20,000 L. This equipment range supports different production stages and a broad variety of challenging chemical reactions.

Advanced manufacturing technologies

We continually invest in bringing challenging technologies into GMP-compliant manufacturing environments. Our production-technology teams apply extensive industry experience to identify and control the changes and risks that may arise when laboratory-scale reactions are scaled up.

Current manufacturing capabilities include low-temperature and high-temperature reactions, high-pressure reactions, diazomethane chemistry, and non-precious-metal catalysis. Green-chemistry technologies are also applied to commercial manufacturing projects.

Analytical support

Independent analytical departments at our small-molecule API facilities support in-process testing and final-product release for both non-GMP and cGMP manufacturing.
